I recently purchased a re manufactured PP3416 chainsaw. I have a difficult time starting it, and after getting it started and using it for a short period of time it does not want to idle but stalls and is almost impossible to re-start. Any suggestions?

If starting and operating difficulties continue, we can only suggest you deliver the unit to the selling dealer, or to an authorized Service Dealer if the selling agency does not offer service support.
If needed, you can identify the service dealers in your area through the Service Locator link on the website.
