    Question:
All, husqvarna rz46i. Blades are always engaged. Even when I pull up and push down on electric pto, it doesn't matter...blades are engaged. At startup, if electric pto is pushed down the mower starts but it starts with blades engaged. If electric pto is pulled up, mower will not start (as it shouldn't start with pto in on position). What is going on!!??

Guy, looked over the electrical diagrams and it appears to be an internal ignition switch problem. Contact your local dealer or service and see if they can repair the electronics in these switches. I don't have access to switch internal diagrams or an actual switch here but I suspect that will be using surface mount components which most dealers will have not have the needed experience to remove and replace them.

I am just an independent small engine repair owner and not a Husqvarna dealer.
