String Trimmers

I have a Trimmer 224L purchased in November 2013. The trimmer head has lost the little clip and string will not work well. I believe it is still under warranty. Can I get a replacement trimmer head. There were no instructions on how to wind the head which is very frustrating. We have eaten a lot of string before we got it right. It came from the factory wound incorrectly.

Can you help? We use this daily.
