I purchased my chainsaw after Hurricane Sandy and it didn't come with a case and extra chain that your website says that model#pp4218avx comes with, I spoke to customer service and they state that this particular model chainsaw does come with case and extra chain but the cases are on back order. Please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know when I will be receiving my case and chain.
