    Question:
    The registration form doesn't recognize the product chosen from the form search screen.
    Details:

    In trying to register my new lawn mower, I enter the product ID, registration finds it, I choose it, the field is populated.  I hit submit, and the form tells me I must enter my product ID.
    It was chosen by the system autopopulating it from the form.
    I can't register

      That is the same issue that I am having with Product 960430219 (A model YTH18K46 Lawn Mower) and doesn't allow me to register.  While it finds that on the registration form search for product, and finds it (with spaces and dashes), when that is selected it does not get entered on the form.

      I am having the same issue with registering our new chainsaw 965 16 79-36 model 435, it also found the product but kept saying Product is mandatory and would not let me register

      I am having the same issue with registering our new lawn mower 961 45 00-26 model lc221a it doesnt seem to recognize it and won't let me register

      In searching through older posts, there was a similar string from early April.  Someone posted a customer service number that I'm going to try.
