Hello,
I purchased a Husqvarna string trimmer (model# 223L) last year and every time I use it, it shoots a stream of grass and debris (including rocks) directly at my face, so far resulting in only minor scratches to my arms, face and goggles. I wont bother going into how dangerous this is, since its fairly self-explanatory. A smaller trimmer guard came inside the box than what is pictured on the 223L box and on the Husqvarna website. I have attached a jpg image that better illustrates the guard discrepancy. I would like Husqvarna to replace the incorrect narrow guard that came in the box with the actual guard shown on both the website and the 223L box. Can you help me initiate this process? Thanks in advance.
