Why would I have a Tractor Supply store manager tell me that all Husqvarna chainsaws need to be tuned to operate properly? I was told that Tractor Supply would not honor the warranty (saw used twice, less than 8 months old) until I had the saw professionally tuned. He told me that none of the saws perform properly due to emisssion controls. I asked the question "so you're going to tell me that any new Husqvarna chainsaw you sell does not work properly?" I was told "yes, that is correct, you need to have the saw tuned due to the way they are shipped to meet emission controls." I find this very hard to believe and do not believe the name Husqvarna is being represented properly by a large nation wide chain store. this is extremely disappointing as Husky's have been one of the most reputable saws on the market.
