Is this my auger power cord severed?
I'm trying to fathom why this portion of my snowblower is exposed and why this cord can so freely fall out. I've used this machine about six times total over two years and this just happened in mid-use. I can't find anything on the driveway that might've fallen off and the blades are no longer moving, pretty sure this is why.
Is this an easy repair or potentially expensive at a repair shop? Thanks for any help!

Might need to carry it to a shop since you don't the between a power cord and a v-belt ( in layman's terms "fan belt"). It will need some disassembly to replace the v-belt.
