    Question:
I have a 223L trimmer, the trimmer is completely dead I mean is does nothing no spark nothing. I've replaced the spark plug drained the fuel and replaced with husqvarna premix and still nothing, I loved the trimmer worked great and all your products (I also have a 125 bvx blower that's awesome) however the trimmer died right after the warranty was up. Any idea what would cause this?
    Details:

When it died it ran out of fuel (Husqvarna premix) I refueled, primed, and that was it never started again.

Double check that don't have spark without the plug; otherwords, see if you got spark when a screw driver insert in the plug cap arcing to the cylinder. If none the next step would disconnect kill wire from coil if still don't have spark then coil is bad. If you get spark after disconnecting the kill wire then there is a short in the wiring or the kill switch is stuck in the kill position.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have done all of the checks to include the kill switch, any idea how much the fix would be?  Just trying to see if it's worth paying for.  Thanks again.

The ignition coil PN 537418701 is around 38 usd plus shipping depending on where you source it. Of course this does not include but I assuming your going change it yourself.
