Unfortunately I do not have any knowledge of your blower, these service centers are independently owned and operated and are not a franchise operation. They may be waiting on a part that is on back-order through their distributor. It's hard to say what the hold up may be. You can contact the service technician and find out if they are waiting on parts and then we can research it and ship the parts directly to the repair center. When a distributor runs out of a particular part they will not just order that one part, they will wait till they build a large order before contacting us.
