Question:
I registered my PP4218MVX Poulan Pro chainsaw on the
www.poulanprocase.com website on 5/4/12. I noticed that some other folks had issues with getting their free case on the answer.com website. I called the customer support number (800-487-5951) as instructed when I first called the 877-257-6917 support number. They told me that I would have to submit a question to the answerarmy.com website, as there were problems with the original website.
Please advise as to what I need to do now in order to get the free case.

I purchased the Poulan Pro at the Home Depot store in Benton, AR. The model # is pp4218mvx and the serial # is 12053N200126-2.
