Question:
I just bought my lawn tractor 7/1/14. When I went out to get it ready to use for the first time, I saw that the rubber strap that holds the battery in place was cracked in several places and one end was broken off. How do I get a replacement strap?

If this is a new mower then you need to contact your dealer for an replacement part. If it is an used mower we would need the model number to look-up the part number for you or may contact a locale Husqvarna parts dealer.
The part looks fairly old but rubber can age fast in some locations.

The mower is brand new but last years model. I asked about the rubber strap and was told to contact Husqvarna directly

Since it was new/unused it should be replaced by Husqvarna
