Question:
How does an owner get the company to agree there is a design flaw in a tractor, and agree to repair it without cost to the customer?
The rear-axles' mounting brackets were inadequately designed to handle the continual stress of starting/stopping (acceleration/deceleration) while cutting grass.
The brackets were too thin and/or did not have quality, hardened, high-tensile steel to withstand the stress.
The unit has never been abused!
