Husqvarna 345e Chainsaw s/n 061301704
Have had to replace my fuel tank/handle due to damage. Bought new part off of the internet. New part doesn't seem to have a connection for the bulb primer tubing into the right side of the tank.
Old p/n embossed in plastic is 503 85 10 V3, and stick on label says 967 01 63-00.
New p/n embossed in plastic says 503 85 10 V2 with label saying 967 01 23-00.
Both parts say Husqvarna 345 on label.
Old tank/handle has a port on the right side for the primer tube connection, along with a breather port and hole for the filter tubing.
New tank/handle does not have a primer tube connestion on the right side of tank, but has a black 1/8"stud sticking out of the left side of the tank. Stud is solid(not a tube).
Can the new tank/handle be adapted to connect the primer tube somehow?
