    My HU725AWDH arrived with a damaged height adjust lever(see pics). It was bought from CPO Outlet and shipped from their warehouse. They are offering only a refund or exchange. This makes no sense given the shipping costs. The local dealer does not sell walk behind mowers and will not work on it. Can I get the parts and do the work myself>

      Jeff, That one of the hazards of dealing with online vendors. I have similar problem with HFT even at their local stores which make exchanging broken tools hard as some tools I got return the whole set just to replace one broken item.

      In the above case try contacting Husqvarna customer service at 1-800-487-5951.
