    Question:
I have a 125B blower purchased just 3 months ago. It has been used only once a week for about 10 minutes each time. Over the past month of use I have had problems starting the blower where the priming bulb will not fill. I overcame this issue by tilting the blower backwards, but the last time I used the blower it quit running when I gave it gas through the throttle.

I have read many reports where fuel lines can decay due to exposure to gas/ethanol/oil mix. However, I purchased and have only used the Husqvarna premixed 50:1 fuel which contains no ethanol.

Who should I contact for advice/repair? And will this be covered under warranty? I can't believe I spent $200 just three months ago for a piece of equipment that will no longer run. What's the problem?

I AM HAVING THE SAME  PROBLEM, THIS COMPANY SUCKS

THE CLAIM TO MAKE THE BEST POWER EQUIPTMENT, BUT ITS JUNK AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER PRODUCT MADE BY THIS COMPANY

i may have found the source of my problem. When I went to empty the gas tank I saw the fuel filter pointing upwards near the top of the gas tank, ie not immersed in gas. So after emptying the gas, I pushed the fuel filter down as far as I could, added back a little gas. The primer bulb filled immediately and the engine started on third pull and ran fine even with throttle open. As far as I could tell, the fuel line looked OK, not brittle or corroded. So, I'm optimistic the issues was related to the fuel filter being dislodged, perhaps by the fuel cap retainer inside the gas tank.

So my next question is: where exactly should the fuel filter be? I don't know if it's supposed to just sit on the bottom of the tank, or if it's supposed to be more toward the front of the tank under the engine where it would be further away from the cap retainer. I don't want the filter to be flapping around and cause a recurrent issue. Any information out there?

I cannot believe how many people have experienced the same gas line problem I did after 1 year of average use! The primer bulb would not fill, gas began leaking all over, and then I noticed the problems with the gas line. This was not due to anything I may have done, but is definitely a product flaw. I have just passed my one year warrantee period, but since this is a known factory defect, I would expect the company to either refund the cost of the blower or provided a free replacement. Fall is here, and I badly need a blower, but I refuse to buy another one after having the premature failure of the Husquevarna. Has anyone received compensation?
