    Question:
I purchased a model 350 that has less than 4hrs run time on it. It is out of warranty. The muffler bolts (fine thread) loosened/stripped out of the aluminum head and the subsequent blow-by from the combustion chamber melted through the plastic oil reservoir rendering my new chainsaw totally useless. What can Husqvarna do to make this right? Once again, I realize the unit is out of warranty.
    Thank you for your consideration.
    Regards,
    Terry Nickerson
    Details:

If I knew how to attach a digital photograph of the failure, I would, but I don't so I can't.

Hi Terry, thank you for contacting Answer Army.

You will need to take your saw to your local dealer for evaluation. Please have him check our site for a Service Bulletin we issued on that machine. From that point the dealer will contact Husqvarna dealer tech. services with the info he found out.

Go to www.husqvarna.com for a local dealer near you.

Thanks again for using the Answer Army.
