    Question:
After using my Weedeater One only twice, it shut off on me as I was mowing. It will not start using the manual pull nor will it start using the key for electric. Where do I locate the battery and how do I take it out to charge a dead battery is the problem?

Thank you for using Answer Army.  It just sounds like one of the below sequences may be engaged or disengaged.  I am sure you have already check the sequences below, but there maybe a step that is missing.  Also, try moving you motion control lever around gently in the neutral position while performing the steps below.

When starting the engine for the first time or if the engine has run out of fuel, it will take extra cranking time to move fuel from the tank to the engine.

    1. Be sure free wheel control is in the transmission engaged position and the deck clutch lever is disengaged.

    2. Sit on seat in operating position, depress clutch/brake pedal and set parking brake.

    3. Place motion control lever in neutral(N) position.

    4. Move deck clutch to disengaged position.

    5. Insert key into ignition and turn key clock wise to start position and release key as soon as engine starts. Do not run starter continuously for more than fifteen seconds per minute.

Thank you again for using Answer Army!
