    Question:
Purchased 9/29/2010 model HUS7021R Serial # 081409000854 from Dons Power Equipment Peabody MA 01960
I had to replace 3 times part 532 42 56-62 Platic lever, Auto-Walk Ddrive Control. First time in Summer 11 Second time July 19,2013 now today November 17. I have one lever on right side to engage drive train. the lever on the first two cracked from the inside. I am not pulling hard on the lever. It appears that the tension applied when lever engaged causes a crack in the platic from one side to another and over time it weakens and falls off. I know there has been a change in the design of more rescent modesl with levers on both sides to help distribute the pressure. This is twice within 3 months with average usage 45 minutes to mow lawn every 5 to 7 days. I have to pay about $11 each time for the lever. I would raqther trade my current mower in back to the dealer and buy a new model with a different lever design. I did not get much help the second time from the dealer and went to Danvers Hardware, Danvers MA to order a replacement lever. I also feel that since this keeps breaking I am not a fault it is a faulty part and I should not have to pay for replacement. If I do not get the answer I am looking for I will switch to have different brand the next time I purchase a lawn mower. Please respond with how this can be made right Thanks
