Question:

I have a brand new mower with pull start, not electric, that is shocking us - seriously shocking, not like a static electricity shock - every time we use it. It happens after about 20 minutes of use. What in the world is going on?! I don't want to see stars halfway through the yard!

Take it to an authorized Husqvarna Servicing Dealer, immediately, before using again.

  I just bought a new walk behind AWD mower and it shocks me as well. Can you disclose what happened to resolve this issue? I live 300 miles from closest authorized service center.
