Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I have an AWD push mower that is really difficult to start -- even after servicing. The air filter is clean, the gas tank full with fresh gas, and the oil fine. Our machine does not have a choke. Even a lawn maintenance guy had extreme difficulty starting it. Once started, though, it will start up easily -- until the next mowing.
