Husqvarna had a website rebate offer for selected Husqvarna equipment for the 2012 Labor Day weekend. I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw on Sept. 2, 2012. When I went to print the rebate slip on Sept. 3, the website link and rebate form were removed. I contacted Husqvarna three times about the rebate form. I received two different answers, but no rebate form. In light of the poor customer service, I returned the chainsaw to my dealer. You can't depend on Husqvarna to honor its rebate offer and customer service is very poor. This rebate offer appears very deceptive. I plan on notifying the Texas Attorney General's office about Husqvarna's practices.
