Question:
I just purchased a 961430095 walk behind 22" self propelled mower.
When I received the mower, the pull starter cord only extends 4-6". This prevents the handles from being connected.
How do I fix this?
Is this covered under the warranty?
No gas or oil has been added to the mower.
