Walk-Behind Mowers

I just barely bought a Poulan Pro PR625Y22RKP lawn mower. I've left it plugged in to charge for well over the recommended 24 hours. The electric start does not work. It runs when I pull start. But, since buying it just a few weeks ago, the electric keystart has never worked!
