    Question:
    I bought my chainsaw and barely got my only job in cutting up a felled tree, when the rewind pulley for the starter broke. I am very unhappy with this product, to say the least. This saw has under ONE hour of use on it and I had to spend $65 to have it repaired.

    After it broke, I was disgusted and put the saw in my shop. I finally got around to taking it in for repair last month and by then the warrantee had expired. Apparently, according to the repair shop, this model has a very weak starter assy and this is not uncommon. I used a Homelite prior to buying my first Poulan and NEVER had any issues with it.

    My question is, how many others have had this issue and why was there no recall to address this problem?
