Question:
I recently bought a BT150 and following the advice from Lowe's also bought the fuel to get the extended warranty. Registered online and received my initial verification email but, like many others on here, have not received any followup indicating that my receipt was accepted and my warranty extended.
How do I get written verification on the length of my warranty?
Also, why offer online registration if it does not take the place of the hard copy receipt?
Expecting customers to easily find a receipt 3 years down the road and not listing warranty coverage in our online accounts seems like a way to avoid fulfilling valid warranty claims.
