    Question:
New husqvarna lawnmower wont start. Hu725xe awd
    Details:

I bought a new husqvarna hu725xe awd 3 days ago. I followed the instructiins, put in the fluids, setup the side mulcher, etc. Ive tried for two days to get it to start and it still wont. The sales guy at lowes said to keep yanking on the chord until it starts. The best I could do was a half second sputter after around 25 yanks. Please advise.

Return the mower to the place you purchased it (Lowes) and let them deal with problem as you done your best without doing anything that would void your warranty. No new mower should be that difficult to start.

If you can return - return it.  We purchased our HU675FE from local Husqvarna dealer and you are NOT allowed to return after purchase.  Get rid of it.  Ours ran good at first - purchased Mar 2015 and now for a month this is Aug 04 2015 will start up and run for about 4 grass bag empties and then quit.  We must wait for 20 minutes and then it will start.  The authorized dealer - cannot find anything wrong!!!   Get rid of it, while you can.

Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely return it. Also, Briggs & Stratton's "customer service" phone number is anything but helpful. If you are lucky enough to navigate through the automated choices of which will keep directing you to the wrong automated answer category, and you are patient enough to wait the 15+ minutes before you cantalk to a customer rep.,  they were totally unhelpful.

What is a good brand of push lawnmower to purchase for my one acre home in va. That will actually work. Also, a decent customer service hotline would be appreciated too.
