Was given a Poulan Pro PP4218AVX Chainsaw for Christmas (Serial Number = 10224D401048-2). Registered the saw THREE (3) times 01/23/12, put the incorrect store. Registered again on 03/20/12 with the CORRECT STORE PURCHASED (HOME DEPOT PURCHASED ON 12/03/11)>> Registration Confirmation Nuber === 120320-001863. Registered AGAIN on 05/15/2012 >> Confirmation Number === 120515-000792. Any Idea whay I have still not received my Carring Case ?????? Thanks
