Question:
i have heard people say that the equipment you can purchase at lowes is not the same quality as that at independent dealers. is there any truth to this? I recently purchased a 223L at lowes and notice that when i let off the throttle, the cutter head free spins for 15 seconds or so, and it sounds horrible....like there is a bad bearing. I have used cheap trimmers until this point that never seem to last for more than a year....but none of them did this.
