    I have a model PR5524ESLCT (624) which has lost its drive. It has been resting in the dealership service since Jan 4/2014 waiting on a drive pulley part no. 180522. This part is now going past three months on backorder and I am really tired of shovelling snow. Can somebody please let me know when this part will be available and sent to the dealer?

    The dealer has contacted the service/parts people in Toronto several times and was told it would be sent out just over a month ago. Perhaps I might be able to get a straight answer. This is very frustrating to me and dealer. Does Poulan have the money to produce this part?
