I have owned the same walk-behind mower (another brand) for seven years without any problem. This past year it started blowing oil. I went to Lowe's and thought I'd upgrade the old thing. I bought Husqvarna walk-behind. I got it home and opened it and it was broken inside the box. I took it all to an authorized dealer to see if it was a quick fix and they told me to just return it and buy a model from their store... that these are better quality than retail. So I returned it and bought another model from a private dealer costing a few hundred dollars more. First the flap falls off the back, then the metal bars adjusting the front tires got all screwed up and I don't know why, gears are broken off the tire drives too... for a time the throttle was getting stuck from choke to run. Now when I disengage the blade and let the motor run it vibrates so bad I am afraid I am going to get hurt. The reason for this email is because I had a cheap mower (Troybuilt) that ran for 7 years. Your mower doesn't last me a season and you expect returning business. It kills me to know I invested over $500 in this company and seriously got trash.
