I was wondering about the free carry case that was suppose to come with my PP4218AVX chainsaw. I have a confirmation # from May, but still have not seen the case. we are closing in on a year here, am I going to get the case or not?

not very happy with Poulan at the moment. Nice saw, does what I need, but really wish I had the case that was suppose to go with it. what is the issue with getting the case? is this s scam?
