    I've had my HU800HW mower now for two months and have not yet received the discharge schute attachment that was promised when I registered the mower. I really need it so that I can use my mower. How much longer do I have to wait for you to send it?

    Hi Clifford,

    Sorry you're having this issue.  I'm having trouble finding a record of your registration for the HU800HW.  We show that you registered a XT721F back in October.  Is it posssible you registered the wrong model?  Do you remember when you performed the registration?

    This would explain why you never received the attachment.

        Mike,  Thanks for the reply.  I sent the registration in on May 16, 2011.  The issue has been resolved as I contacted Power Equipment Direct where I bougth the mower.  They are working to correct the issue and I'm soon to get my discharge unit.
