    Question:
i have a 3 year old 223L string Husqvarna trimmer. recently It has started shocking me and shocking me enough to fault the engine. I took it to my regular repair shop and to another shop by recommendation and neither place could find the problem. I love this trimmer and would appreciate any ideas as to where to look for the problem

Where are you receiving the shock?

when i am sweating just about any screw/bolt i touch can potentially "bite me" but certainly when im close to the kill switch is the worst and can make the engine fault briefly for a second

          Sounds like a wiring problem.

Check the wiring harness between the kill switch and ignition for loose, pinched or bare wires.

Other than this it would require some hands on testing figure out the source of the problem. Like this can be hard to find without hands on testing.
