    Question:
    Our brake cable broke on the Weed Eater One riding mower we just got. I'd order the cable myself and install it, but the diagram picture of the cable doesn't look like the U-shaped bracket it connects to is included. Has anyone replaced this part?

    Hi and thanks for using the Answer Army to post your questions.

    The piece you are referring to is the break cable mount and it does not come with the cable itself. The part number for the mount is 532 42 80-70.

    You best bet would be to take the unit to an authorized service center and have those guy's repair it under warranty. You can find a local dealer by clicking the link below.
