hi first thing . the saw ran great . for the first weekends i used it. how i get about a gal. of gas mix and it is done.will not run at all if i pull the plug still looks great put a new plug in and it will run for about a gal. of gas mix . a new plug and runs great????? on 10/30/2011-i e-mailed for the new case when do you think i will see that case .... thats about 5 months ... thank you albert
