    Question:
I purchased a Husqvarna 235 chainsaw on Amazon a couple of years ago and have only used it on three occasions, maybe 4 or 5 hours on it. Ive had it in the shop 3 times replacing an oil pump an ignition and on this last visit a carb kit. They cannot get it to start. Its a authorized dealer, Canary of Indianapolis. They have put 4 hours into it and finally just returned it to me. I was torn between Husqvarna and Stihl and wanted to save a little money. Not sure that was a good move. I'm not sure if this is where I vent dissatisfaction but list me as very dissatisfied with your product. jvcook1@sbcglobal.net

if a shop cant get a chainsaw to run, NEVER go back there.  they need to be out of business if they truly cannot get it to run.

they might just be pulling it apart  and tell you "i dont know whats wrong with it" and then "buy one of our saws".

honestly, they are morons and should be treated as such. stay away from stupid people.
