Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

In June of this year I bought a new HU800HW and was told by the dealer that a discharge chute would be sent to me after the machine was registered. I also received a card with my owners manual that states the same. It has been more than 8 weeks and I have not recieved the chute. I also read a few other questions posted on this site and the answers state that the program was a 2011 promotion that is no longer available. I think this is absolutely ridiculous, the promotion should be honored no matter when the mower was purchased, since I did receive the card with the owners manual. Please let me know when I can expect to receive my discharge chute. Thank you.
