    Can someone in your dept now confirm for me that I will indeed recieve the free discharge chute? for hu700l mower.
    Details:

    I recently bought my HU 700 L lawn mower from Lowes on 6/6/2012. I registered the mower (or so I thought) on line in order to receive a free Husqvarna rear side discharge chute. When I registered the mower I did not receive any confirmation nor was there any message to indicate my registration did not take. About 5 weeks ago I call customer support to check on the status of the discharge chute. The representative advised that it had not been  a long enough time period and I should wait a few more weeks. Today I called again and advised that I had not received the discharge chute and it has been about 12 weeks. The rep asked for a confirmation number, but I told here that I did not have one. After some run around, she connected me with a very helpful young man in your escalations dept. He advised that he was not able to pull up the registration and said he felt it had not gone through properly back in June. So I registered again and sure enough, I received a confirmataion number of 120830-001197. Can someone in your dept now confirm for me that I will indeed recieve the free discharge chute? I realize that it may take an additional 6-8 weeks, but I just want to be sure to expect one as there was no place on the registration to select that I wanted the chute nor any information about the offer.The serial number I registered is 053111m006861. Please let me know how to get this chute as it is one of the reasons I purchased this mower in the first place. I appreciate your time. Thanks

      I have the exactly same problem. Could you please share the phone number of the escalations dept that you contacted? I calleld customer service and they forwarded my call to promotion dept. but they said they only handle rebate issues.
