    Dear Husqvarna,
    Good morning and I have a MAJOR complaint about a simple lawnmower that I bought at Lowes and has become a HUGE nightmare.

    Product Number---961450006-01
    Serial Number----042512M-043922
    I am at wits end....let me explain.
    I purchased this mower at Lowes,in July 2012 mower kept choking out and only 5 months old.
    Lowes gave me a replacement,I used for 4 months and for winter did not use till Feb 2013.
    Again the mower continued to "choke out".
    I took to Lowes in Wilmington,N.C. where purchased,Lowes directed me to go to Husqvarna service center here named "Honest ***" a Husqvarna service center.
    In March 2013 I paid 87.00 to have mower serviced.
    This dealer told me choking out was a carborator issue and not covered under warranty,they suspected that non-ethanol gas was the issue??
    Tonight I am cutting the lawn,I have only used 93 octane ethanol free gas since March servicing.The mower began choking out again....and again...and again.
    Than I tried to start and spark-plug "flickered" like a "short".
    I tried to start mower for 45 minutes,cleaned plug tested all connections.
    The mower will not start,and yes I am livid.
    This mower has been two years of agony,sluggish,choking out,never operating at full engine strength.
    I have a 1/3 of an acre,each time I cut this is an "experience".
    A bad one.
    I am not operating wrong,I want a NEW mower.
    Brand New.
    I cut my simple lawn 25 times--maybe 30 times maximum per year.
    But I have had enough,really.
    How can you make me Happy as I am very ANGRY.
    I LOVE CUTTING THE GRASS BUT NOT WITH YOUR MOWERS.

      At least you got to use yours. Tried to use it for the first time this morning and the engine just won't stay running. I can't mow my lawn with a brand new mower that is the most expensive I've ever purchased.
