After purchasing my 372xp chainsaw from Marple Tractor & Mower service, I tried to register and I got an error saying that the chainsaw was already registered. How do I find out if my product is properly registered in my name?
mr.Gallagher, anyone that buys a new Husqvarna saw from an authorized service/sales dealer that reps Husqvarna will have the saws serial # entered into product register by that dealer at time of delivery.
that way Husqvarna clearly sees the warranty timeline and the dealer will get paid for his labor when an issue arises.
if you have a concern about this, please contact the marple guy and im quite certain he can reassure you of this.
that marple guy has a big motivation for getting your name into the system, it is U.S. greenbacks...
I'd feel a lot more comfortable working with the marple guy if he hadn't sold me a saw that was built in 2012. I found this out when I called Husqvarna customer service and they asked me for the serial number.
mr. Gallagher, I understand the idea of not liking 2012 on the serial#plate. I just bought a 576 xpg last week that was special order. Husqvarna sent a saw with 2013 on the #plate. at Husqvarna U.S.A. stock ships from rotational inventory in the whorehouse.
if your saw was not special order and it was a saw the marple tractor place already had, I would'nt read anything into it.
the warranty timeline begins on delivery day and the 2012 model is not changed in todays production. so still the identical same saw.
be a friend to marple and team with him in the struggle to deal with the swarthy filthy whores in the house of Husqvarna U.S.A. N.C.
