Leaf Blowers

I have a 125BVX that is about two years old. Today all of a sudden, the throttle became stuck in the wide open position. No matter what I try it will not release to the idle position. Is this something I can fix easily? If so how?

Also is the unit still under warranty, I bought it in the fall of 2013
