    Question:
Need felling dog part numbers for an older model 362.
    Details:

I have an old model 362 which uses the small (280) bar mount. I need the correct part numbers for the inside and outside felling spikes. The ones for the later model 362s do not fit since that saw uses the large (380) mount and will not fit.

I have already asked a local dealer but he tells me that he cannot figure out the correct part numbers and that I should contact Husqvarna.

    Thanking you in advance

    Timothy,

I will try to answer your question and provide part numbers. Keep in mind I am not positive because you did not supply a serial number for the saw. However, I am showing all 362 saws have the small mount. The part numbers are as follows:

    Felling dog - 503 64 79-01

    Support plate - 503 71 98-01

    Screws - 503 20 02-16

OK, I understand the 503 64 79-01 is the crankcase dog, however the other number you quote (503 71 98-01 is a bumper) is also installed on the crankcase. I am looking for the part number for the outer dog that attaches to the chainbrake cover.
