Question:
Does the hinged air inlet cover open on the 125B? It appears to be hinged, but does not unlatch from side opposite the hinge. Is this normal?
Answer
Yes it should open especially if the blower is a 125B X-series or 125BV X series as that would allow you use the vacuum feature.
Instructions from the owners manual:
Open the cover on the side of the blower by using a screwdriver to pry up under the edge of the cover on the side opposite the
hinge (indicated by arrow on inlet cover).
