My 224l weed trimmer won't start, I replaced the spark plug,still won't start. when I pump the bubble it seem as though the gas goes in the tank from the carburetor

That correct as that is how the primer system works. Have you tried addin fuel directly tothe cylinder to see if it will hit? Also check the muffler's spark arrester screen to see if it is plugged.
If none these works a compression test is in order. And being a 4 cycle similar in design to the MTD versions I don't hold much hope that it is fixable if the compression is too low.
