Although I haven't seen of the Husqvarna ZTR here in the shop. The fuse should be locate on frame cross member that the seat sits on or under the control panel. I have fuses to either place on other manufacture's ZTRs.
Suggest finding the starter relay (solenoid) and tracing the small 16 ga Red wire and you should find the fuse and holder as it is the wiring harness between the starter relay and the ignition switch.
