Question:

front footrest rubs
front tires

Details:

after aoring up front tires theyrub against footrest frame. oil has a leak under carburetaor. rear engine riding mower. used one time

With the multiple problems you are having, I would recommend having your dealer check the mower for you. You did not include the model and serial number so I am not able to give any more information on the problem.
