I purchased a PoulanPro chain saw from Homedepot IN JUNE 2012 and registered it on line (#120626-0038940)I am still waiting for the free case to arrive. It is very disappointing to read soooooooooo many others with the same problem! What gives, does Poulan(Husqvarna) stand behind their productss or don';t they.
