    Question:
I just bought an Husqvarna MZ5225. The machine has less than five hours on it and the ignition switch, brake safety switch, and control arm linkage have all came loose falling out. I have took it back to the dealer for repair with only 2.7 hours on it and had those issues resolved. I was also having major problems with the right rear drive tire spinning uncontrollably. It does not matter where the control lever is located it will spin and forget trying to turn right because it get worse and digs up the lawn. It seems like it is getting to much pressure on the wheel motor. I ask the dealer and he said it was normal and it would equal out after a few more hours of operation. I mowwed my lawn today and it is just horrible. Is this normal of a new product and what can be done to correct the problem? Thanks

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

Sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your mower.

You are saying the unit spins uncontrollably, does the unit attempt to move when the levers are in the neutral position? does it go forward when you move the levers forward? Please elaborate these symptoms to your local authorized Husqvarna service center.

The symptoms you describe are not "normal", we recommend that you take the unit to your local dealer to have the unit evaluated and repaired.
