Just bought HU775/961450007 at Lowes and the knobs that hold...escalated

Question:
Just bought HU775/961450007 at Lowes and the knobs that hold the handle by the wheels split on both sides. I did not feel I over tightened but they split. I do not want to bring the mower back. Can you send me two new knobs.
It was easy to assemble and started right up but do not want to start out with a new mower with handle issues.
